MultiMember LLC to a Single Member

I started a Multi-Member LLC in Missouri with 2 partners in May 2010. Both partners agreed to put up capital and work the LLC. Neither did. I put up all the capital and sweat equity. I did not send them an operating agreement since they never paid or worked the LLC. I filed the taxes on my 1040 under schedule C. What do I have to do to convert the LLC to a single member LLC?
