We are going to start keeping some of our commercial equipment leases in-house and need a good program to enter the lessees' contact information, generate invoices (preferably direct to email) and account for same, along with logging payment when received.
I am disgusted with the industry trend to worthless SAS and wish to find an inexpensive stand alone product for purchase, we do not need a full accounting package but anything that might augment future collections would be welcome, yet at this time as we just started exploring this area we wish to keep the cost down (not cheap, just not overblown!). Any suggestions are welcome!
