Australia Normal Costing and Overhead Variances

I have been searching and reading all day about how to calculate variances under normal costing.approach. I cannot find it for the life of me, I know it seems like something so simple but I am stuck! I need to know how to calculate VOH Spending and Efficiency, as well as, FOH Spending and Volume.

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!
