Payroll Small Biz Owner

Is there anyone to avoid paying payroll taxes if i own a small business? Are there ways around it? Just curious I have a couple employees i have on payroll and am going to be bringing my wife on as well . Instead of cutting regular payroll checks with all the taxes taken out, do we get ANY breaks being the owners???
