I am working by the piece at $0.85 cents per an item. What determines the value of each piece? I've heard in construction an example of $10 per a faucet... I am transplanting flowers. A finished flat is 63 flowers And I get $0.85 cents per a finished flat. Is this a normal concept cause it seems like it not legal? They don't even log hours and I'm pretty sure that's not legal.

By law, the employer must pay a minimum hourly wage. So they should be keeping track of hours.
