USA Recommends for a bookkeeping course?

We are seriously lacking in trained bookkeepers where I live -- which makes my life harder. Someone brings in anybody because "anybody" can do bookkeeping and then I'm cleaning up the mess after they finally realize that won't work, and call in an acct (me) because I won't yell too loud -- but the mess is still there. (This is normally for Schedule C filers/indy contractors of which we have many -- those at higher organization levels are smart enough to get an acct to begin with...) I'd like to recommend a bookkeeping course for people who are interested...? Any ideas. Thanks in advance...
