Hi All,

Can anybody please clarify the following for me?
I have residential property that is rented out to individuals, I am registered for VAT, do I charge VAT on my monthly invoices? I need an answer from a legal perspective please.

Thank you Kirby, I apologise for not wording my enquiry properly. I was in fact referring to the VAT Act, not something my legal representative would have known. But I will in future not post any dumb questions to annoy you, or you could opt not to answer or just ignore...you are not obliged to answer.
