Sharing overhead cost to new projects

How to simplify a method to share overhead costs to new projects.
I have my main contract and in a few months, it's going to have two projects taking place at my site. it's not fairly just one of them pay for the whole indirect costs.
I would be glad if someone could provide some tips!

I think the starting point would be the type of industry in which you're involved. Costing methodologies tend to follow industry norms. Perhaps you might look at the public filings of industry counterparts. In the notes to the financials there might be discussion of accounting assumptions which may or may not be relevant to your concern.
