Hello,
I entered the field of accounting about three years ago, starting as a staff accountant and working up to senior accountant as of last year. I have no educational background, but am currently working on an MBA. My company works with a property management platform called Yardi, which has an accounting module, which is all I use. I have no experience with other accounting software packages, but I'm looking to relocate and find a new job. I have heard a lot about Quickbooks, ERP, SAP, etc.. I've also heard some of them offer "learner" subscriptions.
I was wondering if it's worth my while to purchase a learner subscription and familiarize myself with some of the more popular software packages. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
