Solicitation for new business

I would like to mail out letters asking for new clients and offering a discount for the first year of service in Florida. Is there a legal restriction. I could not find any information under ethics or solicitation that prohibits an independent cpa firm from soliciting new clients and offering a discounted service.
Any comments are welcome and thank you.
