I have just inquired about getting into VITA and have heard that getting tax software would be required/a huge help. If anyone could direct me towards some good tax software that would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the market, there is a plethora of tax software available, like ATX, Drake, ProSeries, ProSystem, TaxAct, UltraTax, Taxwise and many more but you can not afford hit and trial with every single software.

My recommendation for good software would be TaxAct because it's easy to use and less expensive than the competing packaging from more prominent names like TurboTax and H&R Block.
