USA Total Expense Reporting with jobs

Do you have a solution to obtain a comprehensive report of all IT expenses posted directly to cost center and to Job codes? Any help is appreciated.

Your question is quite...vague. It would depend on the system you use to track expenses and assign/allocate them to jobs/cost centers/departments. How do you track such expenses? Are they entered into a database that feeds a subjournal/subledger? How are postings into your journals/ledgers? There are lots of ways to do this, and no one here knows how your organization is doing it. So...yeah, that. Can you give us some further and better particulars?
