USA US Form W9

Hello,

I have an LLC as a non-citizen in which I hold the majority of the shares. I have been asked to fill out the W9 form for a site that we use to sell merchandise. I see that this is required on the form:

what should i do? should i get my partner to sign?

You are smart to recognize that you cannot sign the form. If your partner can legally sign then that works. If not you need a different form. See below.
