I don't think there is any particular books. But, it you want practice questions in them, then you're probably best looking at text books used for exams in your region.
Frank Wood's: Business Accounting 1 (and possibly business accounting 2), might be a good "one stop shop" for you for what you've listed above.
If you're studying for the CPA exam I would suggest to just get a CPA review course. Honestly, if you're just trying to study accounting in general I would still recommend a CPA review course. It will cover everything you need in terms of lectures, questions, simulations etc... I use Roger CPA review and I think it's a phenomenal course. Also for a top-tier CPA review course their price is the best.
I would also suggest using CPA reviews. Many of them have free trial versions, so they're good to check out. In CPA reviews, they have MCQ's galore (multiple choice questions), that help you prep for the CPA exam and assess your readiness. Try UWorld Roger CPA exam's free trial offer.
