What would you advise for accounts who did the Bank reconciliation wrongly in ERP system?

Hi Community,

I would like to ask what would you advise for accounts who did the Bank reconciliation wrongly in ERP system?

I'm using Navision but I would like to open this question to any other ERP system, so that I can have an appreciation of how this issue is being resolved.
