USA Need Career Advise

[Your Accountant]

I have both public accounting and internal nonprofit background. Total 10 years of experience and a CPA candidate.

Recently I received two job offers:
Finance Manager position at a large national nonprofit (better commute, benefits and hours)
Supervising Accountant position (for nonprofit sector) at a fast growing accounting firm (better pay and culture)

I'm having difficulty making my decision... any advise will be appreciated. I need them fast!
