Hello all;
I own a Quarter share at a resort in New Hampshire (13 weeks / year.) I receive a 1099 for putting it in the rental pool so my question is: Can I deduct expenses associated with me driving there periodically. The unit is fully managed by the resort itself and like I said I get a 1099. I just feel as though I should qualify for deductions and fees associated with the place.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
