UK ACCA/ACA Qualified accountant vacancy- North Wales

Just before this post gets pulled, I would welcome any advice in relation to ACA/ACCA qualifications,
as I am currently looking for qualified accountants for a role in North Wales.

As a ballpark figure, the bracket for earnings lies around the £35,000pa mark, and is flexible.
Further details can be provided on request, and would anyone know of individuals looking to move companies?
