I'm curious about the breakdown between online web forms and paper pdf forms that need to be downloaded, scanned, filled out, re-scanned, and sent back. I was doing my taxes this year and got frustrated with my CPAs paper form process, so I built a little tool to automatically turn their pdf into a web form that I could fill out and email back.
My CPA thought it was pretty useful and asked for a version that he could use, but of course that takes more effort. If you use paper forms today, would you use this? I might build this into something general and simple that anyone can use if I get signal that some folks might use it.
