Hi, I am a sole trader with a small business selling second hand goods. I have just bought the 55 year lease on a garage for £10,000 that I will use to store the goods I sell. This means I will not have to pay the £120 a month I currently pay to rent another garage I have. As a sole trader how can I claim the costs of this garage lease, can it be a one off expense?
