We are trying to get this to work for a client, however, when accessing Crystal Reports from the Utilities menu, the "Report Selection" list is entirely empty.
What do we need to do from here. I've not really found very helpful information in the RMS help files, nor the documentation we have. Any input would be very much appreciated.
