Hi my husband got a letter to say a customer compliance officer will be calling to our house this Thursday. Letter says we need to c u to clarify information on ur claim to benefit he gears ESA support group and pip .only thing they have asked to c is ID .we get ESA as a couple income related never had a letter like this before any advice we are worried sick .my hubby was medically retired in2014 due to a stroke amy

I'm afraid this has nothing to do with Accountancy, and it's unlikely that anybody on here will be able to help. You might be better contacting the CAB - Citizens Advice Bureau.
