USA Forgot to Send 1099

Hi,

I am working as an accountant at a company. And I sent the 1099 forms to IRS and State tax department as well as the contractors. However I forgot to send 3 1099. Should I just send all 1099 forms to IRS and State tax department with a new 1096 form or just the 3 that I forgot to send and a new 1096 which says we paid to 3 contractors instead of 10 because I already send the first 7 to them?
