How to register AZ LLC in VA

What's the process of registering an LLC in VA that was initially incorporated in the state of AZ? I provide consulting work remotely for my clients all the over the country.

You generally do not need to register your LLC in each state that you conduct business.

In you engagement letter have Choice of Law clause that states the laws of AZ or whatever state you're LLC is registered in is the Choice.

I would check with my attorney.
