You obviously have categorized one or more transactions incorrectly. Double check your work.

Oy veh. OP, your adjusted trial balance is a mess. From what I can tell--
  • Your entries for the accounts receivable are backwards.
  • You didn't roll the Computer Supplies account to get the right Computer Supplies Expense amount.
  • You left out Accounts Payable from the month's activity, and you didn't include the accruals for depreciation expense, wages expense and rent expense.
  • Your Dividends entry is backwards.
  • Your Wages Payable entry is backwards.
  • You mistyped the Prepaid Rent accrual.
This might be easier for you if you set up an Excel spreadsheet to do the DR/CR addition for you. Start by building the Opening Balance columns and amounts, then adding next to it the Activity columns and then the Accrual columns. That'll let you keep track of your entries and fix them as you go.

You put far more effort into finding what they did wrong than I would! I still remember students like this in my high school accounting class--they just weren't reading and/or comprehending! :eek:
