What can I say to one of the brothers to the owner, to let him know that he needs to give me his insurance and we need to make checks to him, paying him as a subcontractor. For the last few months he has been living by the debit card his owner brother gave him, and never showing an income!
he doesn't get paid by the company owner, and just uses the debit card allowing him to pay his own personal bills, airline tickets, etc..
He says he is full partnership with the owner, even though he isn't listed on the S corp documents.
What sort of problems could this present?
Doesn't he need to show he makes an income?
