Making SWOT for Account Payable and Withholding Tax Team

Hi,

My name is Nita, I am from Indonesia and I am in Account Payable and Withholding Tax Department. This is the first time my bos give me a task to make SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunites, Threats) for Account Payable & Withholding Tax. I really need help how to make SWOT and can all of you give me the examples?

Example:
Accounts Payable staff has much experience = strength
Accounts Payable staff members have little training and experience = weakness
Accounts Payable process can be made more efficient = opportunity
and can't think of a threat right now..

threat = staff will go on strike

- Knowledgeable in a/p - core competencies
- Wages are cost efficient
- Superior technological skills- accounting software

Weaknesses
- Skills not transferable to other depts.
- No Clear Strategic direction
- Missing some skills

Opportunities
- Up to date with emerging technologies

Threats
- Low cost a/p depts in other countries can lead to outsourcing
