mistakenly using the employer EIN as my own

On the hrblock software online I mistakenly put the employer who issued me the 1099misc, a if it was my own, I logged in to the account to see if it was accepted, and it has been more than 3 days since it was submitted, and it is pending, what can i do? should I do paper file?
