USA Need help balancing my "Adjusted Trial Balance" on my Accounting worksheet?

I am trying to complete my mid-term for Accounting 1 class and I am all but done except for one problem which I can not complete. The Adjusted Trial Balance on the worksheet isn't balancing out. I have created an excel spreadsheet so I have it available for e-mail if someone could help me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
