not married and mortgage interest deduction

My girlfriend and i own a house together (both names on deed). We are unmarried and file separate tax returns. I make significantly more money than she does and as far as all of our expenses go we could conceivably say that i pay 100% of the mortgage and taxes on the home (all bills are paid from my checking account). From what i have read, two unmarried people who own a home together can split the mortgage interest and taxes as they see fit as long as it adds up to no more than 100% of that paid.

My question is, Is it ok for me to claim 100% of the mortgage interest and property taxes on my itemized tax return while my girlfriend does not itemize and uses the standard deduction?

thanks for any and all help on this
