USA Should I start an accounting internship this summer if I've only taken one accounting course?

I am planning to become a CPA in the way future... I'm in college, and I've only taken one course, Accounting 1A (Financial Accounting I). I'm also in Econ 1.

Is this enough to start looking for an internship I can do this summer? Why or why not? What should I expect in an internship?
