UK Taking monthly salary from ltd company with no income

Hi I have started a limited company, where my website design process will take 3 months. During that time business is not making any revenue.

Can I pay myself salary if only funds I have in the business account is loan from my husband to the business (he is not a share holder of the company).?

Yes, you can withdraw regular salary from the business even if the funds are in the form of loan. However, please note that the salary should be within the threshold and any salary beyond the threshold must be processed by way of completing additional compliances.
