Tax prep question!

Hi, I am working at a tax firm as a tax preparer, and had a question about something. I am looking to do some returns on the side this year for friends and family, about 10 or so, and some social networking advertising, so maybe 20 in total. Majority are going to be wage earners only, fairly simple returns. Do you recommend I efile for these clients and get a PTIN. Or have them sign off themself and mail it for them? Thanks!
