USA Taxes for early withdrawal of entire IRA before retirement age

Age below 59.5

Withdrawing all of IRA.

Not concerned with early withdrawal penalty. (10%)

Say the account value is $200,000

What would the taxes be?

The $200K adds income to what ever OTHER income you will have for the year you pull out the IRA money.
So - if all other income is zero then fed income (2015) is $200K and state income is also $200K so now it depends on your state tax rate to get the total taxes fed and state.
