I was subcontracted as a physio in the UK last year and thus had to set up a limited company.
I have secured a full time employee role this year and am in the process of winding down my limited company.
My turnover for the limited company was 42k less 8k travel expenses leaving 34k @ 20% corp tax liability.
I was wondering if there is a schedule of allowable expenses that I could check to ensure I am availing of all these entitlements?
Also is there any start up company exemptions that could possibly reduce my CT liability??
