USA Filing and amended S Corporation tax return late

Is there any possibility to file an amended federal 1120S corporation tax return for tax year 2016 and 2017.

Amending is not the issue - but whether you're able to e-file or paper file should be your concern.

The reason for amending is more expenses, the return will be filed on paper.

If it's been more than 3 tax years since the tax return was due - forget it. Statute of Limitations is 3 years.
