I am looking for advice on the industry standard provide remote services into a client's PC in order to assist with QuickBooks and\or Quicken related questions.
I understand that PC remote access solutions are available (e.g. LogMeIn) but I wanted to confirm if this was the most secure and most economic way to achieve this.
Your insight is most appreciated.
