UK Client has not paid for 6 months

Apologies if this is not a relevant post, but I am after some advice. Did a block of apartments for a client and they have not paid their final bill (£60K) for about 6 months and after several attempts to contact them they are still holding on to that money and no promise when we are going to see any of that money. Final notice has been sent already. Where should I go? A lawyer? Solicitor? Debt collector? Any organisation? Thank you

Ask friends who have a business to recommend a legal professional who can file a court claim. Get this done as soon as possible because the fact that they are not paying you may be a sign they are contemplating administration.
