CPA and compilation

Hello,
I am planning to become California CPA under path 1 (no audit).
Can I issue compiled financial statements or not?
I am a bookkeeper now, and I give financial statement out of Quickbooks.

Can I sign a report " We have compiled.." or not as a CPA under path 1?
