I am trying to figure out what type of legal entity to go with.
The nature of my business is going to be web development. I am going to create websites by contracts, do different development from time to time for different companies. I have also another team which is situated out of the country, so some part of the work will also be outsourced to them and will be paid by my company.

I am going to be alone in company for now, later I may have 1-2 employees maybe.

I have done alot of research to understand the basic differences between all these company types.

I would definitely go with DBA, but I am new to doing business in US, and kind of afraid of the liability part, so that is the only thing that keeps me away.

I would like to get some examples to understand how different company types work also from tax perspective.

For example I made contract for 10.000$ to make a website.
How it is going to be taxed in case of different types.

Thanks
