How to claim examination fees for licensing or certification without T2202?
What line, and how to claim this amount?

You don't. IRS does not permit a deduction for expenses to meet the minimum requirements for licensing.
Once you have the license, renewal fees are considered deductible. However, if you need to itemize your
tax deductions on Schedule A Miscellaneous Deductions as employment related expenses - that's been taken out of the tax law
since the Trump administration tax law change.
