liscense or degree required to use accounting in business name?

I am working on an associates degree in accounting but have been taking care of others books for a while already. I invoice them from my current company but wish to start a new accounting company and start invoicing from it. I will be getting into taxes later so would like to use "Accounting" in my business name. Are there requirements to meet before I may use "Accounting" in my business name?
