Two jobs

Hi I live in Minnesota, i am married and i have two jobs. One job is full time 80 hours a pay period the other job is part time maybe 3 hours a week at the most and i make about 20 to 40 dollars a month. They do not take out anything for Fed or State Should i be taking more out of my full time pay check? Thanks
