USA 1099 for band members

Hi everyone, need help figuring how can I give my band members a 1099 mic form. I'm the one getting stuck with the 1099 income from our gigs, is possible to give them 1099's with the money I split with them via check, then putting that money as expenses in my schedule c, also send a 1096 to the IRS saying how much they got paid, can I send 1099 and 1096 by mail then filling my taxes electronically later, just want to send the forms before the deadline, Thanks for your time and all the information you can provide will be really appreciated.
