USA Mileage Reimbursements

Hi - Any insight into how companies are managing their mileage reimbursement process for electric vehicles vs. gas vehicles? The IRS doesn't make the distinction when setting the standard mileage rate, so, would like some feedback to understand what processes other companies have in place.
