Started late

Hello all, new member and new accountant here. Nothing really interesting to say about myself except that I received my accounting degree at age 37 and started in the profession a month ago, at age 39 - it took a VERY long time to realize that "work" didn't have to be something I hated. I'm now playing catch-up and heard this was a great community so thanks in advance for your kindness and helpfulness. Next stop - CPA.

Good for you! I got my CPA aged 48 while working a full time job in another industry and managing a family - so you can do it!
