Hi All,
First post, very appreciative of all advice. I have 3 years experience as a financial planner, but after being laid off, frustrated with the environment I was involved in and looking to become established as a public accountant. Having graduated as a political science major 4 years ago, I'm def lacking the pre-reqs and knowledge to sit in on the CPA test. What are the best routes to go (and time frame) to get the credits and be prepared for the test? I see that Keller/Devry has a master of accounting program, is that respected enough to get me a job after I graduate? I'm comfortable going to school in taking out loans but want to be assured in that doing well in classes i'll be able to get a job. Much thanks!
Rex
