USA Getting Paid after full Depreciation

I am a nonresident alien and I am planning to sell IP for the software to the C-Corp. The timeframe, within which the C-Corp will to pay for the software, is 5 years. The software is custom designed, not off-the-shelf one, so it will be fully depreciated within 3 years. So, I will get paid after the C-Corp entirely depreciates the software. Do I get it right that I will not have to pay any taxes except personal income tax on the amount of the entire software price?
