I am ACCA finalist and i recently joined Albaraka bank as an internee.
Internship is for 6 weeks.I already spent 2 weeks.
I was in Accounts department and I checked all previous day transactions with recorded voucher verifying accuracy, approvals and account coding in accordance with banks procedures.
Prepare and process invoices for internal expenditures
Ensure that overlimit transactions should be authorized by senior managers.
I also learned how Clearing ,Transferring and Remmitances works and how to process them.
Now i am joining Credit department from 3rd week of my internship ...
I am confused that is it related to my Field and is it good for my career?
Am i getting the right experience for my accounting career?
