hi all,
hope i'm not wasting anyone's time with this, but i'd be really grateful if anyone could help. i'm in the new york city area, and i'm looking to become a CPA. i have a BA in history, and im looking to take the additional classes required to sit for the exam.
i'm currently looking at those certificate programs at several schools here - NYU SCPS, baruch, pace. my question is, are these programs sufficient to allow me to take the CPA exam?
theres also this: theres a work experience requirement to get licensure. would i be applying for jobs after i pass the exam, to work towards that requirement?
thanks very much for your time, any help would be greatly appreciated.
